"Wala siya this Christmas," says Nene Tamayo, talking about her husband Anthony Plamio.
In an interview with PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) on December 24, Nene said that she missed Anthony who works as a dance instructor in Singapore.
But the Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) grand winner did the next best thing: she spent Christmas with her family. St. Monique Valais is the location of the house that Nene won from PBB.
Although the newly weds are spending time apart, Nene tells PEP how they're preparing for a future together. The biggest being: Anthony is planning to buy the house adjacent to Nene's St. Monique Valais unit.
Former PBB housemate Bob was once linked to Nene.
Aside from investing in real estate, the couple also plan to have an addition to their household by 2007. She says they want to have their first baby by then.
"Next year! So sabi ko hahabol ako," she says, again with a laugh.
She adds: "Gusto ko, panganay boy, tapos sumunod girl, para dalawa. Pag lalake, Zane Anthony [ang pangalan]. 'Zane' kasi meaning noon ‘beloved.' ‘Yong husband ko gusto 'Anthony,' so [pag pinagsama] ‘beloved Anthony.'
"Pag babae naman Mayesha Jean. ‘Yong 'Mayesha,' ‘one who loves greatly,' tapos ‘Jean' kasi name ko ‘tsaka name ng husband ko."The Shake, Rattle, and Roll 8 star says she plans to stick by her New Year's resolution. "Maging more mature kasi mayroon na 'kong partner.
