Diana Zubiri focuses mainly on using cardiovascular exercise machines such as the treadmill, the stationary bike, and the elliptical cross trainer. (The last is a machine that's a cross between a treadmill and a StairMaster). She spends half an hour to an hour doing a combination of cardio exercises. "Five minutes normal, lakad-lakad lang. Tapos, mag-ee-stretch ako. Then another thirty minutes for treadmill. Then dito na [elliptical]. Hindi ako nagbubuhat."
