Sexy comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto personally requested rumormongers to refrain from accusing her mother of any involvement in the recent house robbery that happened to her.
Rufa Mae defended her mother by clearing her of any involvement with the crime. Based on the stories that are floating around, Rufa Mae's mother was allegedly spotted around SOP's vicinity last August 26 with the intention of soliciting money.
I think kung sino man ang nagsabi nun, ang bastos naman," said an obviously upset Rufa Mae, who lost P2 million worth of properties.
The need to seek her out to ask money was totally uncalled for, according to Rufa Mae, as she has always provided for the entire family ever since she started earning as a celebrity.
"Mommy, ano ba yung sinu-solicit mo?
She also called her mother to show up after Rufa Mae confided that her Mom had left home and has yet to return at press time.
Affected by the thought that the burglary might have been an inside job, Rufa Mae has asked her housemates to undergo a lie detector test to help the investigators working on the case.
