Days after losing her CR-V vehicle, this time TV host Shirley Fuentes found herself on the opposite end of the rope. She was held in custody after figuring in a car chase with five mobile patrol vehicles in Manila.

A few days after losing her CR-V vehicle to three unidentified men, former That's Entertainment mainstay Shirley Fuentes got involved in a car chase in Manila earlier today, October 8.

According to dzRH, Shirley was aboard a BMW Classic Series 3 vehicle together with a companion identified as Harvey Nero when they engaged five mobile patrol vehicles in a chase after ignoring several red lights along the stretch of España Avenue.

The long pursuit led all parties from the Mabuhay Rotonda at the boundary of Manila and Quezon City all the way to Lerma Street in Sampaloc.

After the chase, Nero reportedly got off the car and told the police that he works as a driver to Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri.

Both Fuentes and Nero were then temporarily detained at the office of the MPD Mobile Patrol Group. They were released after receiving their violation tickets.

This latest incident once again put Shirley into the public radar. It was reported last October 3 that she had lost her Honda CR-V (XHX-573) sports utility vehicle near her house in St. Francis Village in Bulacan.
