"It's not just because I bring some girls at home, [that] means I'm doing something bad. Like most of the time I bring a lot of friends to hang out together, spend some time together," says Brazilian-Japanese model Fabio Ide.

"Just hanging out, drinking, watching movies. It's not just because I bring some girls at home, [that] means I'm doing something bad. Like most of the time I bring a lot of friends to hang out together, spend some time together," sabi ni Fabio sa PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) during the premiere night of D' Survivors last April 26 sa SM Megamall.

"Yes, a lot. In bars, clubs and shopping malls."

"No, not like that. Of course, I go out only with people that I really know. Of course, I respect people that come to me and talk to me, and I appreciate that too, you know. But it's not that easy... I am not easy," diin ni Fabio.

GLOBE-TROTTING MODELS. The Last Prince) at Akihiro Sato (Panday Kids).

"I met Akihiro almost six years ago in Thailand," banggit ni Fabio. "By that time, he was modeling in Thailand. I went there, so that was the first time we met.

"Daniel we met in Hong Kong and then since then... Because once you started modeling internationally, you travel a lot to different places, di ba? So, after a long time of traveling as a model, you meet a lot of people. Sometimes you meet in Hong Kong, sometimes you meet in Thailand, or even here in the Philippines. Daniel, for example, I met him in HK two years ago, but then ended up meeting again dito.

"The same with Aki. Like by the time I was living here in 2008, even Aki, he was thinking about coming here and I told him, 'Hey man, you should come here. It's a good market for us mestizos. They like mestizos.' And he ended up coming here and he's doing so well," kuwento niya.

Wala raw inggitan sa kanilang tatlo.

"I'm so glad for him, I'm so happy for them," nakangiting sabi ni Fabio.

"No, I came here before Aki. I came here 2006, Aki arrived in 2008, and Daniel eight months ago. I was the first fly-in model of Mercator, that's in 2006," banggit niya.

"I wouldn't say encourage, but I mean, everything good that I can tell them about Philippines, about being a model and working for Mercator, I did. I told them about everything, how the market works, how's the people here, how's the life here..."

"I cannot say I am more guwapo than them. I think maybe because I was able to speak English even before I started modeling, maybe I think that would be my only advantage," sagot niya.

Pero si Akihiro, marunong na ring mag-Tagalog.

"Yes, and that's what I wanna do also, I wanna speak Tagalog well. They're both my friends, and they have something that I don't have and I have something that they don't have. I mean, I love to study. When I focus on something, I really do my best. Like now, I'm trying to learn Tagalog as soon as possible. So when the opportunity comes, I'll be good at it."

"I have a personal tutor. She goes to my place three times a week, two hours a day. We talk a lot in Tagalog, we do exercises, we watch Tagalog movies," kuwento niya.

"I know she's a Brazilian who works for GMA, but I have never met her. I heard a lot of things about her but I never met her yet," sabi ni Fabio.

MARIAN RIVERA.

"Yeah, that's me," sambit ng modelo.

"It was good, it was nice, we had a lot of fun. Marian is nice, she is very professional and we talk a lot. We have a lot of scenes dancing so when we stop, we talk for a long time and we had fun. And yes, she is a beautiful girl.

"We shot the commercial last year, so they are not together yet. There were rumors they were together, but I think they were just friends noon," sabi ni Fabio.
