When she was younger, former child star Katya Santos followed a fuss-free beauty regimen.
She told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) in an interview, “Noon, wala akong mga ginagawa—soap lang, pangtanggal ng make-up, yung usual…”
But now, “inaalagaan ko talaga!”
The VIVA talent continued, “As you go older, you become more conscious about yourself, e, di ba?
“You tend to be more... uhm… vain.”
Smiling, she added “a lot of moisturizer every night” to achieve smooth skin.
She’s also into sheet masks— which, according to efacialmasks.com, “is a soft and very thin piece of cloth containing different types of skin nutrients and ingredients, which gets easily absorbed by the skin because of their nano [one billionth of a part] size.”
Katya resumed, “Wet tissue sa face ko para kunyari mga organic material, like kunyari carrot and cucumber, mga ganun.
“Para lang to refresh kung ano man ang mga ginawa ko the whole day.”
This lady loves anything “anti-stress.”
That’s why she’s also into yoga, “na nakakadagdag ng pagpatanggal ng stress…”
At 30, one lesson she learned: “Being vain is just being healthy.”
But the easiest and cheapest way, of course, is “to be happy every day.”
