Gladys Reyes doesn't want to miss out on the milestones of her kids.

Celebrity mom Gladys Reyes will take on another kontrabida role in TV5’s upcoming fantasy series, Enchanted Garden.

Despite being busy with work, Gladys shares how she's a hands-on mom to her three kids—Christophe, 5; Aquisha, 3; and Grant Carlin, 1.

Especially now that it's back-to-school season, Gladys sees to it that her kids can count on her every step of the way.

“Yes. So, I personally enroll them. I was with them nung in-enrol ko sila.

I was with the kids.

Hindi mababayaran yung joy na yun, e,” Gladys’s face lights up as she recalls the day with her kids.

Back-to-school shopping is indeed a family affair for them, even her husband Christopher Roxas joins them.

“Pagkatapos nun, siyempre, bonding na naman with the family, Timezone o kaya naman fun runs o kaya naman we’ll eat out, ganyan. So yung mga ganun ba.

“Kasi ang bilis lumaki nung mga bata. Ang sinasabi ko lagi kay Christopher, we have to savor each moment with our kids kasi before you know it, ayaw na niyang magsasama sa’yo, di ba.

“Mas gusto niya yung sariling set of friends niya.

“Hindi ako makakaramadam ng ganung guilt kasi nga, lagi ko silang kasama,” she said with pride.

STAYING FIT. We remarked how she's still fit despite having three kids. Surprisingly, Gladys tells us she hardly has time to exercise, what with all her responsibilities as a mother and as an actress.

Gladys takes advantage of motherhood to keep herself in shape.

“Siguro, whenever I bond with them, para ka na ring nag-exercise.

So, siguro make use of your bonding with them as you exercise na rin, di ba?”

DIET CONSCIOUS. Gladys isn’t strict with her diet, but she does observe moderation.

“Sa diet, I watch what I eat.

“So I eat chicken, fish and vegetables and rice.

It's said that meals after six store up fat in our body the most.

“Tapos yung siguro pagkagising ko nakakaramdam ako ng gutom, I take coffee. Meron akong coffee nine-in-one.

“Pero siyempre nga, dapat healthy nga yung…kumbaga, everything in moderation.

“Huwag mong gutumin yung katawan mo kasi may isip yung muscles natin, e. Alam niya pag gugutumin mo siya. Mas lalo siyang mag-store ng fat.”
