Gracing the February cover of FHM Philippines is GMA-7 actress LJ Reyes in another pristine fantasy sans the cherub wings she donned in her first-ever FHM cover back in 2009. This year, LJ is back with sexier and more daring photos, plus a special double-cover issue exclusively for FHM.
In the vicinity of her impossibly slender waist, thighs, and legs, it’s no surprise that LJ’s second FHM cover is exuding more sex appeal than her first. “Confident kasi ako with the team, and si Doc Marlon gusto ko talaga siyang photographer,” LJ tells FHM. “[But] every time I do a pictorial I’m pulled both ways, may kabaatexcitement.”
LJ shares how she managed to be comfortable being photographed butt-naked in the water –something that was not in the pegs shown to her beforehand.
“Naging spontaneous kasi ang lahat. Pero siguro kung iba yung mga tao, baka hindi rin ganoon yung kinalabasan,” she reveals. “Pinapaalala nga ni Doc na sumisigaw pa ako bago yung shoot [back in 2009], pampawala ng kaba. Pero ngayon, naglalakad lang ako, tapos–ay, nakikitaan na pala ako! Ha ha! Parang wala na sa akin.”
She also tells FHM how her blooming aura and confidence stems from her maturity over the past four years. “When you grow older, yung experiences mo, things that you learn from different people that you meet, it molds you…Kaya right now, yung experiences ko has produced this, eto na ako ngayon,” says LJ.
So, how ‘mature’ is LJ Reyes in the bedroom? “Ngayon, masasabi kong alam ko na kung anong gusto ko. Mas expressive, oo. At mas vocal.”
In terms of LJ’s career with GMA-7, she’s currently busy with several projects that the network has lined up for her. As an actress, she is now poised to take on more versatile roles. “It will range from comedy, to drama, to action…gusto ko rin mag-rom-com…wala akong isang dream role lang,” she tells FHM. “Gusto ko marami akong magawang magagandang films that I will be proud of.”
