[UPDATED] Annual Oktoberfest Beer Festival kicks off in September

Live music will be provided by the hottest bands and musicians, such as Brownman Revival, Slapshock, Wilabliw, Filipino rock icons Pepe Smith and Ely Buendia, and international pop sensation Apl de Ap.

It's that time of the year once again.

Where else can you order a cup of beer for just 12 pesos? Only in San Miguel Oktoberfest Beer Festival, of course!

Now on its 34th year, the celebration for the country's love for beer gets a two-week headstart as "National Happy Beer Day" gets inaugurated on September 14, 2013, at Circuit Makati.

This year's festival puts its sights on Pinoy music, Pinoy food, and the spirit of "barkadahan."

Put your barkada's guts to the test and participate in games like Beer Ball Pool, Beerday In A Wall, and Happy Beerkada Bowling and take home some cool prizes.

Bring your A-game to the billiard table and play against sporting legends Efren "Bata" Reyes and Django Bustamante.

Other exciting activities await barkadas at the different tents sponsored by San Mig Light, Red Horse Beer, and San Mig Flavored Beer.

Live music will be provided by the hottest bands and musicians, such as Brownman Revival, Slapshock, Wilabliw, Filipino rock icons Pepe Smith and Ely Buendia, and international pop sensation Apl de Ap.

Gates open at 3:00 PM.
