Radio host Andi Manzano-Reyes revealed that visiting the Strip and Browhaus beauty salon has been part of her itinerary for four years now.
As a loyal client, she is now one of the salon's ambassadors.
Andi told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), “Me kasi, I’m like very particular with my eyebrows.
“It’s one thing I’m very maarte about.
“Like I rarely go to a derma, I go to Browhaus more.
“It just gives me the confidence, everything!”
After six years of being in the facial hair grooming and waxing industry, Strip and Browhaus opened its flagship store last week, Thursday, September 18, at the SM Mega Fashion Hall.
Apart from Andi, the other celebrity clients of the salon are Liz Uy, Antoinette Taus, JM Rodriguez, Tessa Prieto-Valdez, Andi Manzano-Reyes, and Vanessa Matsunaga.
They all graced the store opening and led the ribbon-cutting ceremonies as brand ambassadors.
Tab Abad-Estanislao, the brands’s managing director, thanked their loyal clients in her opening remarks.
“Our promise is that, hopefully, it doesn’t end here but we will continue to provide you a hundred and ten percent more,” she told the supporters.
Meanwhile, the brand's head of Sales and Marketing Monique Jablang told PEP that their eyebrow services and brazilian wax (boyzilian for boys) are their popular services.
She said the price of the salon's services is competitive price considering the quality of its offering.
Monique explained, “I think it’s competitive, for the qaulity that we give because all of our staff are nurses.
“We don’t get staff without medical background.
“They’re all nurses, nursing grads, or actual RN (registered nurses).
She further said that they are as meticulous about the staff they hire as they are about the materials that they use on their clients.
“They get their own kits, kung ano yung gagamitin dun sa service...
"For example, yung gloves nung therapist kasama dun, yung spatula na gagamitin kasama din.
“Everything, it’s like a hygiene pack.”
What is their difference from the other waxing and eyebrow grooming salons?
Monique told PEP, “We really studied this.
“We can definitely say that we are the experts in the industry because we studied this.
“Hindi kami yung, ‘a puwede ka na i-wax!’ Hindi ganun.
“Meron siyang process, may pre-wax care, may during the wax, may post-wax care.
“Hindi lang siya basta-basta na, ‘Okay sige iwa-wa na kita.’
“Talagang pinag-aralan namin even from the technique, kung paano siya gawin, also the materials.”
