Daniel Matsunaga’s good looks, charm, and sexy body have consistently earned him a spot at the annual Cosmo Bachelor Bash for the past five years.
Daniel works hard to keep fit and he makes sure he deserves to be included in the popular male fashion show, or in any fashion show for that matter.
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. He regularly works out and is also into sports.
The Brazilian-Japanese model explains: “Yes, I’m very much into sports. I play a lot of football. Every day we have training.
“I work out two to three hours a day.
“Kapag may time, wakeboarding at iba-iba pang outdoor sports. Hindi kasi puwedeng sa loob lang ng gym.
“I do a lot of challenging exercises.”
For Daniel, regular exercise is important in keeping fit.
“You have to make time. Gusto kong maging fit. Gusto kong maging healthy. It’s part of my active lifestyle.
“I always look forward to what’s new and what’s next... For my friends and I, there’s so much to do and conquer.
“Being young, I feel there’s so much ahead – adventures, opportunities, and challenges.
“I’m living in the moment but excited ako for what’s ahead,” he says.
Even when he was inside the Pinoy Big Brother house, Daniel always found time to exercise to make sure that he is physically ready for all the challenges.
Although he is not Filipino, viewers realized that he is a good model for the youth.
He talks about the importance of good health stresses the importance of taking care of one’s body.
“When I’m working a lot, I still do push-ups kahit sa set na lang," he says.
“Even in PBB, palaging pagod, puyat kami sa mga tasks. And even though, pagod, puyat, I exercise pa rin,” Daniel recalls.
EAT HEALTHY. Apart from regular exercise, Daniel underscores the importance of healthy eating.
“It’s important for me to be healthy and fit. Kasi sa totoo lang, 30 percent comes from physical activities and 70 percent comes from the food we eat. Tuna helps a lot,” the health-conscious celebrity explains.
“You need protein to maintain or gain muscles.
“And when I left PBB house, I realized my priorities, [the need to set aside] time for family and how I should value my health.”
And it does not end there for Daniel. The newest endorser of San Marino Tuna Flakes says he is looking forward to doing more.
“I want to improve myself in every thing I do especially with all my projects. I want to discover more and learn more,” he says.
