We haven’t seen her in a while, but guess where PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) spotted her yesterday, January 5?

PEP contributor Kaye Estoista-Koo said, “She took the open-level class,” which was described by the barre3’s website as “based on the traditional class format…follows a vigorous pace moving through a sequence of posture designed to shape and lift the entire body.”
Ciara plans to give birth naturally, but admits to not attending a single Lamaze class. She is due in February.
The instructor however pointed out that staying active and joining such workouts can really help.
Ginger Garner, a licensed physical therapist, athletic trainer, and professional yoga therapist in the U.S. said in one of her intevriews, "Being fit during pregnancy, especially the third trimester, can decrease pain perception and improve maternal lung capacity.
“Labor time can also be shortened if a mother has improved physical and mental health—allowing her to push with toned abdominals and a controlled pelvic floor.”
But of course, once preggy women start feeling uncomfortable, they should stop right away.
