Rich Asuncion really wants to finish her B.S. Toursim course. "...kahit nabibigyan din naman ako ng pagkakataon, parang feeling ko in the future, kailangan ko pa rin talaga ng fallback," she says.

Rich Asuncion is determined to finish her studies over the next two years.

She has recently filed for MRR (Maximum Residency Rule) so she can continue her studies in University of the Philippines Diliman, as a 3rd year BS Tourism student.

Hopefully, she can start on her thesis by the next semester.

Whenever she sees friends who have already finished college, "...minsan na-feel down pa ako kasi doktor na sila. [Gusto ko] ako rin, kailangan ko rin."

She doesn't discount her being an artist as just nothing, but she is looking at the bigger picture.

PROJECT. In the meantime, she will be busy with Yagit.

"This 2015, sana hindi lang hanggang April yung Yagit, sana mas tumagal pa talaga."

She recounted how their associate producer borke the good news.

"...sobrang saya lang...nag-eeksena kami noon, after nung first scene ng umaga pinatawag kami lahat. Akala ko, may sasabihin na naman."

Rich explained that previously, "May nangyari, parang magulo sa isang location 'tapos pinagsabihan kaming lahat.

To everyone's surprise, it was a different kind of update, "...extended tayo hanggang April.

"So talagang lahat, 'whoa!'

This is Rich's first time to work with direk Gina Alajar.

"Ang gaan niyang katrabaho. Hindi ka mahihiya magtanong sa kanya, mas tinuturuan ka talaga niya every step of the way."

The StarStruck alumna believes it's an advantage that Gina is both an actor and a director, "Kasi alam niya yung gagawin, kung paano atakihin talaga yung isang eksena.

GOALS. When she's not taping, she wants to home to Tagbilaran City.

She said, "Marami rin akong balik sa Bohol ngayon, e—may homecoming. Naglu-look forward din ako doon, feeling ko kasi palagi ako makakauwi this year."

Christmas 2014 and New Year 2015 was the first time in a long time that the statuesque Boholana was able to spend time with family in her province.

And given the chance, she might explore her musical side more, "Wala lang ako lakas ng loob, hindi ko lang siya [singing] napra-praktis.

Lastly, "Siyempre, yung school ko, maayos sana this year.
