What can be more thrilling than watching the skies burst with dazzling fireworks display set to heart-stirring tunes?
The SM Mall of Asia offers an ideal date venue for couples this love month as it hosts the second installment of the 6th International Pyromusical Competition, which opened last February 7 featuring Philippines and Japan.
Spectators were dazzled by the Valentine’s Day fireworks display last February 14 from Italy and Brazil.
Couples and families can witness more world-class entertainment as the teams from Portugal, Sweden, Canada and United Kingdom are set to show off their pyrotechnic prowess against the glittering backdrop of the beautiful Manila Bay.
Mexico and the Netherlands held their fireworks fiesta on February 21, to be followed by Portugal and Sweden on February 28.
The much-awaited entry from the Canadian team, which was adjudged as last year’s best, will light the skies on March 7, followed by the UK team, another close contender.
The grand finale on March 14 will be a grand display of the masterful craft from China, with another world-class presentation by the Philippine team for the closing ceremonies.
The entities representing the competing countries have already launched award-winning exhibitions in other major pyrotechnics competitions.
The Philippines, which is represented by Platinum Fireworks, did an opening exhibition last February 7, and will do a closing exhibition in the pyro-musical extravaganza on March 14, at the SM By the BAY, Seaside Boulevard.
There are also on-ground activities to get the party started in a grand way and amp up the level of excitement with marching bands, fire dancers, and a live music mix with the charming DJ Kim Maravilla.
Admission tickets for the dazzling pyromusical displays at the SM By the Bay Seaside Boulevard range from P1,500 for patrons, inclusive of dinner, VIP (P500), Gold (P300), and Silver (P100). These are available at Ticketworld, SM Tickets, SM MOA Ticket booths and at Ticketnet outlets.
