BEEF ENCHILADAS

Bite into the beefy goodness of this tortilla snack finished with Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese.

Ingredients

1 pc red onion, julienned

½ tbsp garlic, coarsely chopped

½ cup green bell pepper, chopped

½ cup red bell pepper, chopped

250g ground beef

1 can red kidney beans

½ tsp Mexican spice mix or Taco mix

3 pcs tortilla (8-inch)

300g cheddar cheese, grated

2 packs Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese

250g

To taste salt and pepper

Procedures

In a medium non-stick pan, sauté onion, garlic, and bell peppers.

After 3 minutes stir in ground beef, red kidney beans and Mexican spice mix.

Divide mixture to 3 equal servings.

Lay tortilla wrap on a clean pan then, add ground beef and vegetables mixture in the middle of the tortilla, top with half of grated cheddar cheese then roll.

Transfer filled tortillas on a sauce pan end sides down, cover with Hunts Spaghetti Sauce Parmesan Cheese and grated cheese. Simmer for 4-5 minutes, then serve.

Makes 3 servings.

CHICKEN PESTO AND MUSHROOM MELT

Keep your family satisfied with this mouthwatering pasta dish made with Hunt’s Tomato Basil and Cheese Spaghetti Sauce.

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 piece onion, chopped

2 pcs chicken breast, cubed

½ stalk celery, chopped

1 pack Hunt’s Tomato Basil and Cheese Spaghetti Spaghetti Sauce 250g

½ cup button mushroom, sliced

400g cooked spaghetti

½ cup quick melt cheese, grated

To taste salt and pepper

Procedures

Heat oil in a deep pan. Sauté garlic, onions and celery.

Add chicken and mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes. Pour in Hunt’s Tomato Basil and Cheese Spaghetti Sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Toss cooked spaghetti. Add grated quick melt cheese while tossing.

Makes 4-5 servings

BUFFALO CHICKEN LOLLIPOP

With a flavorful dip made from mayonnaise, sour cream and blue cheese, this spicy chicken dish is a sure hit with your family!

Ingredients

12 pcs chicken lollipop

½ pc lemon

¼ Kg flour

3 pcs egg

¼ Kg bread crumbs

1L oil (for frying)

1 pack Hunt’s Tomato Sauce with LycoFiber 200g

120mL hot sauce

75g white sugar

75g butter

100mL mayonnaise

100mL sour cream

50g blue cheese

To taste salt and pepper

Procedures

Season the chicken with salt, pepper and lemon. Coat with flour, egg and bread crumbs, and fry in medium heat until golden brown.

Mix the hot sauce with Hunt’s Tomato Sauce with LycoFiber in a sauce pot and simmer. Stir in sugar and butter.

Toss the chicken in the sauce.

For the dip, mix mayonnaise, sour cream and blue cheese.

Makes 5-6 servings
