Get your 2016 goals from celebrities!

No matter how busy Jodi Sta. Maria is, she makes health and fitness among her top priorities.

SPECIAL FEATURE

The start of the year is definitely the best time to list your goals and make them true.

But if you still haven’t made up your mind about what to include in your New Year’s resolutions, here are some ideas from celebrities to help you out.

1. Travel

These days, everyone seems to be sharing their #travel posts everywhere—including celebrities!

If you’re seeking for adventure this year, make sure to start planning at least one major trip.

You can do it alone, but it’s always more fun if you’re with your squad.

2. Be one with nature

Nothing beats the feeling of getting away from your daily grind, even just for a while.

The best way to escape? Go on a hike or immerse yourself in the sea. It’s nice to spend a bit of time with Mother Nature every now and then. You might even surprise yourself.

Notable pegs: Jennylyn Mercado hiking with her friends, plus Anne Curtis and beau Erwan Heussaff’s trek in Argentina. Angel Locsin’s recent sea adventure was dreamy as well!

3. Clean your clutter

It’s a new year, so better welcome it fresh.

You can do that by cleaning up your room or home—just like what Saab Magalona did recently. She even did so in style!

4. Get a new look

If you’re feeling bold, why not give yourself a new look?

Follow in the footsteps of Louise Delos Reyes, who rang in 2016 with fiery red hair! Like her, dare yourself to turn your hair color into something unconventional.

But if you think that’s too much, you could just start changing your hairstyle first.

5. Read, read, read

Since it’s the New Year, you might want to challenge yourself to either start a reading habit or to read even more books than the previous year.

Not sure what book to devour? Check out the Instagram feed of celebrity bibliophiles such as Lovi Poe.

6. Move more

By that, we mean start exercising, especially since the holiday feasts just ended.

A lot of celebrities—from Jodi Sta. Maria to Ellen Adarna—could be your fitspiration.

All you have to do is to do your research on what routine will suit you the most. You could even workout with your friends, like Isabelle Daza, who does indoor cycling with her squad.

But exercise alone is not enough to be fit.

Pair your workout routine with eating healthy foods and treating yourself with the right glass of milk that can help you move around better.
