Maine Mendoza on showbiz: "I still have a lot of things to learn, and I think it would take me a long time to get used to everything."

If there's one star who has accomplished so much in such a short span of time, that's Maine Mendoza.

Her love team with Alden Richards has yet to reach its summit.

After their hit movie Imagine You and Me and their wedding in the Kalyeserye of Eat Bulaga!, the two are poised to explore more and conquer more.

"We are currently working on something outside Eat Bulaga!, at dapat abangan nila ito," she told this writer.

The real score, however, remains a mystery.

Recently, the two flew to Europe, and had what Alden described "bakasyon lang."

On the side, they also shot scenes for their upcoming guest appearance in Enteng Kabisote 10 and the Abangers.

But no AlDub wefie was posted on social media.

Nonetheless, their fans are always on kilig mode, hoping for the possibility of a real romance.

MAINE MANIA. Individually, they have also been productive.

Maine is this month's cover girl for Preview magazine, and remains one of the country's most-sought after endorsers.

And to the bashers who claimed that her star power has dwindled, a tocino brand recently announced that Maine was responsible for making their product number one in the market.

From the sold-out lipsticks to phone units to colognes, this is another feat for the Kapuso star and another proof of her massive influence.

"I'm happy and flattered that I helped somehow in making CDO Funtastyk Young Pork become the top-selling in the country.

"Nakakatuwa na agree sila yung tao na mas okay talaga ang young, di ba. It's delicious," she said, sounding so pilya.

When asked how does she view fame now that she's been in show business for more than a year, Maine said she has not gotten used to it at all.

She said, "I think it's safe to say that I am still in the process of familiarizing. I still have a lot of things to learn, and I think it would take me a long time to get used to everything."
