KC Concepcion created quite a stir this week when she mindfully clapped back at a basher who commented "mukha kang clown" on her Instagram post on September 1, 2019.

Others may be offended by the comment, but KC handled the situation gracefully, complete with her pak na pak red lipstick.

The photo showed the 34-year-old star wearing a make-up look known as classic red lips, which is achieved by using a very deep shade of red lipstick and very minimal make-up in subtle tones on the rest of the face.

A staple look for local and foreign celebrities, classic red lips can make you look glammed up in an instant.

But as her make-up artist Gerry Penaso pointed out, the red lips will easily stand out with a "beautiful skin."

How to stand out with your lipstick

Beyond the brand, finding the perfect shade can make your lips the highlight of your entire look.
