Actress Michelle Vito is now a college graduate.
After "some time and some delays," Michelle graduated with a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at the College of Saint Benilde in Taft Avenue, Manila.
Even though her work as an actress entailed irregular working hours, Michelle was determined to expereince "life of a regular student."
And she got to. Part of her college experience prior to the pandemic was "Going to school, 10 mins break and long breaks, kain sa cafeteria and around taft, the feeling of being in a classroom, school activities, and marami pa."
Michelle appreciated the tough part of student life as well.
"I'll never forget my struggles in hard classes, mga puyat, and my cramming mode. Other memorable moments come from the times when I go to school straight from work and vice versa, mga pakiusap sa professors, thesis hanggang madaling araw, at walang katapusang revisions. Haha!
"My college life is not only about graduating, getting my diploma, and having a degree but also about the unforgettable and irreplaceable experiences in between."
Michelle than thanked all of the people "who inspired and helped me along the way, including my family, friends, schoolmates, and professors. I wouldn't have made it this far without you guys.
"Lastly, to God, alam kong nandiyan ka the whole time, and thank you for listening to and answering my prayers."
Michelle would have wanted to end her five-year college journey with a "grand graduation ceremony," but the pandemic had taught her to be "content and grateful for what we have at the moment."
The actress concluded: "Everything happens for a reason, and I know God is teaching us a lesson. All is well with Him."
