Isang makabagbag-damdaming birthday message ang ipinaabot ng Kapuso actress na si Cassy Legaspi sa Kapamilya singer na si Darren Espanto.
Ipinagdiriwang ni Darren ang kanyang ika-22 kaarawan ngayong Miyerkules, May 24, 2023.
Sa pamamagitan ng isang Instagram post, inihayag ni Cassy ang kanyang pagbati sa itinuturing niyang “best friend at partner in crime” na si Darren.
Kalakip nito ang kuha nilang video at mga litrato kung saan kapansin-pansin ang closeness at sweetness nila sa isa’t isa.

“Happiest happiest birthday to my best friend, partner in crime, the other half of my brain and…sige na…my RM/Namjoon,” panimula ni Cassy.
Ayon pa sa anak nina Carmina Villarroel at Zoren Legaspi, bihira sa kanilang dalawa ni Darren ang magbigay ng mensahe sa isa’t isa.

Ngunit dahil karaawan naman ngayon ng Kapamilya singer ay lulubus-lubusin na niya dahil marami rin daw siyang bagay na gustong ipagpasalamat dito.
Katulad na lamang ng pagiging mapagpasensiya at mapag-alaga nito sa kanya.

“Thank you for sticking with me through it all and most importantly thank you for being patient with me.

Maliban sa pagiging mapagpasensiya at mapag-alaga, isa rin daw si Darren sa mga taong mabait, thoughtful, at gentleman.

Dahil sa pagiging malapit nina Darren at Cassy, may ilang netizens ang naniniwalang higit pa sa pagkakaibigan ang turing nila sa isa't isa.
Sa panayam ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) kay Cassy noong January 22, 2023, nilinaw niya kung ano nga ba ang real score nila ni Darren.
Paliwanag ni Cassy: "Hindi ko ma-explain, e, it's hard to explain din, e. Pero alam namin ni D na we're super, super close, we're very special to each other.

Sagot ni Cassy, "I guess, as of now kasi—legit answer ito as in—I'm very focused sa career ko kasi I feel lang I'm just starting it.
"Ito yung first movie ko, first musical and all of that, so I want to focus sa career ko.
"I wanna build myself first before mag-level up sa ganun. We're just enjoying each other's company so much na we don't wanna think about anything else."
