On July 25, 2022, the 49-year-old senator graced the red carpet in two gorgeous gowns made by famous Filipino designers.
A post on the senator's Facebook page indicated she wore "a traditional Filipiniana terno by local designer Randy Ortiz for the opening of the 19th Congress on Monday, July 25."
The caption further described, "The terno features all-piña fabric from Aklan. The sleeves sport callado embroidery, while the front and back carry sampaguita cutouts also made from piña fabric."
The creation was put together by fashion designer Randy Ortiz.
Earlier in the day, Nancy was clad in a chic white gown by designer Michael Leyva.
Michael wrote in his Instagram post: "My vision of Philippine Terno for my Muse for today’s #sona2022 [emoji] Ate Senator @nancybinay in #michaelleyva Classic Filipiniana white draped gown [emoji] Simple… Classic… Timeless…"
