The stunning creations of Dubai-based Filipino designer Michael Cinco stole the show at the first-ever GMA Thanksgiving Gala Night held on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at the grand ballroom of Shangri-la at the Fort, Bonifacio Global City.
PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) spotted four of the designer's creations on the red carpet of the Kapuso network's charity event.
Mark Bautista's red carpet OOTD was fit for royalty. He arrived at the gala night looking like a prince in his fully-sequined black Michael Cinco suit wrapped in an embroidered robe.
The 38-year-old Kapuso singer was styled by Rain Dagala and Em Millan for the event.
Max Collins looked very pleased with her crystal-encrusted midriff top and multi-layered skirt. Her crystal-embellished gloves were also made by Michael. For this look, she was styled by Adrianne Concepcion.
In a short chat with PEP.ph, Max said, "Sinabi ko kay Michael na gusto ko ipakita yung abdomen ko. So ginawan nila ng paraan and naging bralette siya. And the gloves were in addition, actually. They just arrived from Dubai today."
Voltes V: Legacy actor Miguel Tanfelix dazzled in Michael Cinco's glimmering blazer and trousers fully embellished with dark and clear Swarovski crystals. He was styled by Macky Combe.
Miguel was hailed Sparkle TikTok Crowd Favorite during the event.
Carla Abellana slayed the red carpet in her black Michael Cinco gown fully encrusted with crystals. She was styled by Vhee Co. Meanwhile, her glam team includes Carissa Cielo Medved for makeup and Florenz Torrontegui for hair.
GMA Network organized the gala night to celebrate the network's 72nd anniversary.
The gala night also doubled as a fund-raising event for the Kapuso Foundation's classroom reconstruction projects. One of the beneficiaries is the Typhoon Odette-stricken Magallanes Elementary School on Limasawa Island in Leyte.
