The idea of painting on Hermes bags was initially her practical solution to conceal the oil stains on her precious bag. Now, it has become a lucrative venture earning at least 60,000 pesos per artwork.

The hand-painted bags which Heart Evangelista worked on for three years are presently on display until September 9, and are beautifully curated.

Dubbed Carry Your heART, its opening day was attended by Heart herself together with Senator Chiz Escudero, her husband.

PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) approached the senator, and asked his top picks.

Smiling, he answered, "All of them, they're all lovely."

Then he quipped, "At least best proof yun na guy talaga ako. Kaysa naman, 'You know I liked the pink one, with the combination of the orange' gano'n."

"She's starting to do something of what she has, like come up with her own brand, as a jump-off from showbiz that we know won't last forever.

"Even as she goes on with her showbiz career, at least she's planning for the future."

The woman of the hour was clad in an all-white Patty Ang ensemble.
