The celebrity stylist let her secret out in an article published by Vogue.com, and also summed up the key elements of a Filipina's fashion philosophy.
She said, "We may be laid-back, but we can turn up the volume when we’re given the opportunity.
"We love a good statement piece and know the importance of good wardrobe basics.
"As for Filipinas, it’s all about casual cool.
"Ultimately, we are never afraid to experiment and never one to back down on a trend. We just have fun with it."
When asked about her wardrobe staple, Liz answered, "well-worn denim jeans."
She explained, "The personality is in the wash and in the fit. The more faded and loose, the better."

Her favorite boutique in the Rockwell area is Univers d' Homme et Femme (French for "world of man and woman'), which houses luxury brands such as Balenciaga, Raf Simmons, Jil Sander, Roland Moure, Margiela, Comme des Garçons Play, and Rick Owens.
Shop LCP
Located at Bonifacio Global City, it is a retail brand that offers curated essentials for "stylish and empowered women on-the-go."
It has ready-to-wear brands such as C/MEO Collective and Keepsake, as well as tailored evening wear pieces of Indonesian-born Sydney-based designer Haryono Setiadi and American brand Milly.
