STEP 1: WASH YOUR HANDS

Ang payo ng DOH, ugaliing hugasan ang iyong mga kamay at kuskusin ito gamit ng sabon o sanitizer with 70 percent alcohol for 20 seconds.

STEP 2: MAINTAIN ONE METER DISTANCE

Iwasan ang direct contact sa taong may flu-like symptoms, and maintain at least one meter distance from him/her.

STEP 3: DON'T TOUCH YOUR FACE

Iwasang hawakan ang iyong mukha dahil ayon sa World Health Organization (WHO), "The disease can spread from person to person through small droplets from the nose or mouth which are spread when a person with COVID-19 coughs or exhales. These droplets land on objects and surfaces around the person. Other people then catch COVID-19 by touching these objects or surfaces, then touching their eyes, nose or mouth."

STEP 4: FOLLOW COUGH ETIQUETTE
