Sharon Cuneta took to social media to share her latest health woes.
In an Instagram post, the Megastar said that she underwent a nasal endoscopy procedure on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at St. Luke's Medical Center - Global City in Taguig.
Sharon wrote (published as is), "She inserted a camera into my nose and mouth.
"Sobrang clogged daw ang ilong ko and my throat is so swollen and papunta nang infection kaya ang dami kong gamot ngayon.
"Nasanay na lang daw ako sa feeling ng barado ang ilong at masama ang lagay ng throat kaya di ko na narerealize pag ganon."
"Haaaay…Kasi init/ulan lagi sa shooting namin."
The Megastar is currently working on a film, tentatively titled A Mother and Son's Story, alongside Alden Richards, Miles Ocampo, and Jackie Lou Blanco.

SHARON TAKING A BREAK
Sharon revealed having throat problems for weeks now, prompting her to seek medical help.
She shared, "Kaya pala wala akong boses sa e.a.t. nung nirequest doon na kantahin ko bigla ang part ng 'Bituing Walang Ningning…' Dapat pala hiningi ko magbalot ng boses!"
Sharon was pertaining to E.A.T., the new noontime show on TV5 hosted by comedians and former Eat Bulaga! mainstays Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon.
Former Eat Bulaga! hosts, including Allan K, Ryan Agoncillo, Jose Manalo, and Maine Mendoza, are also part of the program.
Sharon was invited as a guest when the show made its debut on July 1, 2023.

Because of her condition, Sharon was advised by her doctor to rest her voice for a week.
"Bukod daw sa fatigue, stress-induced daw. Kaya isang malaking 'tenk yu' sa mga nagbibigay sa akin ng stress pinasaDios ko na kayo! May acid reflux pa ako susmaryosep," added Sharon.
She then thanked her co-stars, particularly Alden and good friend Jackie Lou, and director Nuel Naval.
Friends in showbiz wished her well, leaving thoughtful words in the comments section of her post.
Jackie Lou wrote, "Mama, your health is most important. I love you."
Former actress Beth Tamayo, who is now based in the States, commented, "Feel better ate!"
Nuel Naval, director of A Mother and Son's Story, meanwhile, assured Sharon that all is well and they'll be waiting for her return once she has fully recovered.
"Love you! Basta magpagaling ka muna. Miss you more!" wrote Nuel.
