Kim Domingo admits she loves to eat, and a lot at that.
Hence, when a recent project required her to lose a bit of weight, she did the exercise part religiously because "never yung hindi ako kakain."
In an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at the Shell Bike Fair, she revealed her fitness routine?
“Nag-gym ako thrice a week,” plus she got herself a trainor.
"Kumuha talaga ako para ma-push talaga ako kasi may pagkatamad ako!"
Her workout included squats then exercise for abs.
The latter, she said, has been her problem area.
"Ma-tiyan kasi talaga ako na person! Yun ang problema kaya doon ang focus namin."
But her struggle was on lowering her food intake.
“Ay diyusko, ngayon lang ako nag-diet because mayroon akong pinaghandaan, e.
“Talagang dati, more, more lamon!"
One thing she couldn't give up: "Basta may rice, di mawawala ang rice!"
Good thing, her meal plan was "1,200 calories a day yung dapat nako-consume ko na food ‘tapos lemon water."
Kim initially had a hard time adjusting, and would constantly imagine herself fainting.
By the way, this lady can cook.
Her specialties are adobo, carbonara pasta, and anything “lutong bahay.”
Does Kim have any plans of opening her own restaurant?
