What Kim Jones does to nudge Jericho Rosales to exercise: "She'll kick my puwet."

Aside from surfing, one of Jericho Rosales's fitness secrets? "Be Busy."


How does Jericho Rosales maintain his weight?

The Kapamilya actor tells PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at the Shell Bike Fair that there’s really no secret to it.

“You just have to be busy.”

At present, he is busy with ABS-CBN series Magpahanggang Wakas.

He also has Ang Babae Sa Septic Tank Part 2, his  upcoming movie with Eugene Domingo.

Add to this, he has another film under Star Cinema this November.

On working with Eugene, he says, "It's so funny because I am her love interest, pero it's a funny movie.

"Kissing scene mayroon, kaming dalawa ni Joel Torre. Parang kami kasi yung love interest ni Eugene."

Back to staying fit, Jericho added, "I keep moving and moving, and I'm always doing something during the day."

It also pays to have a wife like Kim Jones who nudges him.

“If I don't work out, she'll kick my puwet," he laughed.

"So pagdating sa food intake, if you have a healthy mind, your body will follow.

“Time and sleep, that's it."

He rejoices each time he gets more than eight hours of sleep.

He also surfs.

He tries to watch his food intake, but, "I struggle myself because I love to eat.

“The struggle is real guys!"

Does he cook?

"I still haven't had the chance to spend a lot of time in the kitchen but yes, I do cook breakfast.

“Easy lang ako. Easy-healthy breakfast na madaling gawin talaga.

“I like avocados, I like fruits, I like eggs, so I make omelettes."

What’s his comfort food?

“It will always be adobo,” which is currently being pushed in Congress to officially become our national dish or Pambansang Ulam.
