Why gym remains the best venue for your fitness routines

Real people have achieved their desired weight through consistent gym workouts.

PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) chanced upon this gym, which has been posting success stories of its clients on Facebook.

It's called Pound for Pound Fitness.

Its three membership packages—PHP1,000 monthly, PHP4,500 for six months, and PHP8,500 for one year—come with “unlimited use of trainers,” who can design “quick yet effective programs.”

Whether you need to lose weight or tone up your muscles or focus on having lean arms or trimming your tummy, you can choose the kind of training you would want to try.

Gyms, these days, have gone beyond offering traditional equipment, and made workouts more dynamic, exciting, and challenging. 

They have strength and conditioning programs, athletic and circuit training, plus boxing and Muay Thai.”

In an interview with gym owner Marichris Picazo, PEP.ph asked about tummy, a problem area for ladies.

How fast can you shrink it with gym workouts?

She replied via Facebook Messenger, “We have core workouts for the tummy.

"If you want to work out four to five times a week, you can see results in as fast as one month.

"But drastic results can be seen in three months.”

And how often do we need to work out to achieve our #BodyGoals?

Picazo answered, “If you're consistent, 45 minutes to 1 hour will be enough.”
