The host-entrepreneur responded, “Self control. My main meal was at 3PM. When I got home I had milk & Milo Nutri Up.
"Last night we had Japanese food for dinner - I enjoyed my salmon sashimi and gindara teriyaki…”
Kris added that she’s careful about what she eats because of her health conditions.
She said, “I’m careful about food intake because I had blood pressure issues, but since I’m also borderline anemic I need beef at least 3x a week.”
Lastly, Kris always loads up on her greens.
She told her follower, “We have a lot of fresh fruits and organic vegetables at home.”
