Kris Aquino is looking great these days.

As she leads a busy life with her multiple endorsement and video shoots for her online presence, Kris gives her followers a peek on her day-to-day activities via her Instagram posts.

A typical day for Kris involves meetings, photo/video shoots, and appearances for her endorsement deals.

Netizens have noticed how Kris has lost weight, and is looking slimmer.

On her March 5 post, where she described her day shooting a restaurant visit with her KCA Productions team, a follower asked about her secret to losing weight.

Username @sweettooth_edna said, “You’re so payat na Miss Kris...what’s your secret?”

The host-entrepreneur responded, “Self control. My main meal was at 3PM. When I got home I had milk & Milo Nutri Up.

"Last night we had Japanese food for dinner - I enjoyed my salmon sashimi and gindara teriyaki…”

Kris added that she’s careful about what she eats because of her health conditions.

She said, “I’m careful about food intake because I had blood pressure issues, but since I’m also borderline anemic I need beef at least 3x a week.”

Lastly, Kris always loads up on her greens.

She told her follower, “We have a lot of fresh fruits and organic vegetables at home.”
