Michelle Madrigal's workout routine includes one day of high-interval intensity training (HIIT) and three days of legs and butt exercises.

Michelle Madrigal finally achieved her pre-baby body in over a year and three months since she gave birth to their daughter Anika.

On Wednesday, January 9, the former ABS-CBN actress shared her latest body progress, and flaunted her well-toned body on Instagram.

How? By working out four days in a week: one day for high-interval intensity training (HIIT) and three days for legs and butt exercises.

The 30-year-old celebrity mom emphasized that her body transformation did not happen overnight.

She wrote in the caption of her post, "The progress is real!!! (Hello quads) Now, this didn’t happen overnight.... 1 year of consistently training from weight loss to gaining muscle mass.

"It has been a great journey of learning how to properly fuel my body and doing the exercises that works best for me."

The biggest struggle she encountered throughout her fitness journey was to stay motivated.

The former Star Circle Quest finalist said, "Was I always motivated? Heck NO!!!! But I wanted to feel great and look good in bikinis and crop tops lol

"On a serious note, I had a GOAL of getting back into my pre baby weight...

"and once I hit that, I set a new one and that it so build muscle mass around my legs, glutes & back.

"I knew how I WANTED to feel about my body."

Michelle was lucky to have her husband Troy Woolfolk inspiring her to keep going.

"In order to get new results, you’ll have to do something you’ve never done before.

"I used to do cardio, boot camp with 'lightweights' because I was afraid to 'bulk up.'

"Well I’m glad @twoolf29 helped me get out of that mindset.

"I know people are all about setting goals this time of year but how will you show up for yourself 6 months from now?

"Let me help you change your lifestyle... I PROMISE your body will thank you for it," said Michelle.
