Meet Pepe Ramon Gerardo Manuel Denzel Sanchez Roxas and Pilar Judith Celia Ester Korina Sanchez Roxas. They both have quite lengthy full names, but parents Korina Sanchez and Mar Roxas just lovingly call them Pepe and Pilar.
