KC Concepcion knows first-hand how it feels to be observing the community quarantine by yourself at home.
She takes to Instagram to offer words of encouragement to those who find themselves home alone at this time.
"To those who are quarantining alone, you can do this!" the actress turned YouTube vlogger says in one of her posts.
She advises them: "stay busy, don't be lazy. Always find something to do.
"Do some planning and do a lot of praying and a lot of thinking of what you're gonna do after this quarantine is over."
How is KC's own "Buhay Quarantine" so far?
Well, the daughter of Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion has been honing her skills in the kitchen.
For breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, the celebrity entrepreneur makes meals from scratch.
Afterwards, KC washes the dishes and keeps the kitchen clean.
Aside from cooking, KC stays active by doing some "spring cleaning."
KC also chooses to stay fit by doing yoga.
She makes sure to get some sunshine as she waters the plants in her garden.
When the chores are done, KC relaxes in front of the television set.
She also tries to pass the time by playing with her dogs Churro and Chica and doing some TikTok dance challenges.
But even if she is at home alone, KC is still able to send food to the frontliners at the hospitals of her choice.
Once the quarantine is over, KC mentioned in a post, she will "seriously consider getting married."
Even if she has been keeping herself productive during her solo quarantine, KC admits it would be nice to have someone to quarantine with.
