Tiny house makes a big splash on social media.
Aniya, “We ordered the tiny home from the catalogue of Cubo Modular in 2022.”

“It was their largest tiny home design at that time with 63.5 square meters livable space.”
Pagdedetalye pa niya sa Saranggani model, “It has one bedroom, two loft bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It can sleep a total of six persons.”
Mayroon din aniya itong dining table, nook daybed, at storage stairs.
“There is also a front deck with a deck bench. These all come with the package. What can be customized are the colors and accents.”

“The actual installation and assembly took less than 10 days. But the whole process took us one and a half years for various reasons."

MGA DAPAT TANDAAN SA PAGPAPATAYO NG TINY HOUSE
Very insightful ang mga payo ni Atty. Kris.
Aniya, “Before buying, sort things out with your homeowners’ association first.
“Make sure the tiny home is not violative of your deed restrictions.”
“Because your tiny home will look out of place.”
Biro pa niya, “I have been asked if my home is a new coffee shop.”

“Like all home builds, try to be there during the assembly process so you can ensure the quality of the work.”
Isa pang payo niya, “Think twice about choosing black for the outdoor panels. Medyo mainit pag maaraw.”
Pagsusuma ni Atty. Kris sa kanyang naging experience, “It was challenging to build a tiny home by remote control from Manila.
“But after all that’s been said and done, we’re just glad to have a place to call our home again in our province.”
