Before Heart Evangelista became Mrs. Chiz Escudero, she spent a few years in a townhouse which she purchased in 2013.
Its location was perfect because it was also a few steps away from the house of her then-boyfriend.
The Kapuso star told YES! Magazine, "Noong time na iyon, I was going through this adjustment.
"I was afraid to be alone pa totally... So it wasn't much of a big adjustment for me when I moved here.
"Kasi, kahit papaano, malapit lang si Chiz dito."
The renovation took three months, but the wait was "sulit."
She then told herself, "I'll stay here till I get married, and it's still a while."
But it wasn't long before the senator popped the question.
Heart got engaged in August of 2014, and got married in Balesin Island Club in Quezon on February 15, 2015.
Here's a quick tour of Heart's posh three-story home.
According to YES!, the townhouse was decorated with warm hues and earth tones to give the place a "maaliwalas" and "fresh" vibe.
The dining and living areas were furnished with custom-made chairs and sofa.
Whenever Heart feels like cooking, she also has a fully functional kitchen, which has visibly-smaller storage areas for her kitchenware collection.
Her original plan was to merge this room with her walk-in closet to create a bigger master bedroom.
But she decided to turn it into a gym/office/guest room.
Here's the walk-in closet that fashionistas would wish to raid.
