Dimples Romana overflows with gratitude after she and her husband Boyet Ahmee have acquired their first commercial building, which is also their tenth property.
Located in Parañaque City, the newly renovated three-story building is now up for lease or sale.
"SURPRISE! See that sunbeam coming through the back, that’s my Father God saying, 'Good morning my child. Remember how I will always have your back!'"
Dimples writes in one of two Instagram posts she dedicated to this latest milestone.
"Today is a very special day. After months of construction of our very first commercial property, na-bless na!
"Last year, binibiro ko si Lord, Sabi ko, 'Lord, building na lang po ang Wala kami' Naalala ko ang Diyos ang tunay na nakakaalam ng puso natin.
"You may be judged, talked about, pulled down but He is the only one who knows your true intentions and your heart. And he will bless you accordingly."
The Kadenang Ginto star has learned "many life lessons" during the property's development process.
She continues, "First, never underestimate the Lord’s power to bless you! Sit quietly and have your heart do the praying. No need for words.
"Sometimes, the most fervent of prayers are those made in silence. Let HIM hear your worries, give HIM your anxieties, surrender your dreams to HIM and watch the Lord do wonders for you!
"Next, never worry when you hit rock bottom, for it is true that the best thing about being at your lowest is that there’ll be no other way to go but UP so chin up, God’s got you!
"Don’t be afraid to feel weak and helpless for it is in those times that the lord’s love for us is made perfect, through our weaknesses.
"In my years as an actress, I have learned to find contentment in being able to work continuously, I didn’t mind mapa-isa man or maraming eksena ko sa trabaho, bida o kontrabida, big or small role, okay lahat sakin, I valued my work the same way I valued my family.
"I gave it the same nurturing, the same love and the same respect. Ngayong araw ang patunay na ang mga pangarap ay naabot basta masipag ka, marangal, mabuti sa kapwa at Maraming DASAL
"Kapamilya, our 3 storey building in Paranaque is now up for LEASE or SALE To God be all the glory!!!"
Dimples first posted about this investment in January 2019.
DIMPLES' 2019 GOAL: FINANCIAL FREEDOM
At the beginning of this year, Dimples revealed that one of her life goals is to pay off all her debts.
This is why the actress-host invests mostly in real-estate properties.
She wrote in one of her Instagram posts in January: "Walang trabahong pang-forever, walang kasiguruhan ang buhay, but we can always try to do our best while we're young to invest our hard-earned money in things that matter.
"Most of our money we put in properties, learning from our family friends who have turned into great mentors for us in establishing a good, stable financial status in life.
"Goal ko talagang magkaron ng financial freedom in the near future and for that to happen, kailangan muna namin to work hard and invest wisely ngayon. Baby steps and leaps of faith."
Fast forward to today, Dimples is proud to say that this current investment is "100 percent pinagdasal, pinagtrabahuhan, pinaghirapan."
The Kapamilya talent said in her recent Instagram post: "Una naming commercial property investment ito ng mahal kong asawa @boyetahmee
"We previously invested in 2 condos, 4 homes (including the home we gave my mama), a beachfront property in El Nido, a farm and vacation home in Alfonso, a mango and avocado farm in Calaca, lahat ng ito sinimulan namin 16 years ago, nung bago pa lang kaming mag asawa.
"They say one should never shy away from sharing how the Lord has blessed you and your family over the years, especially when it may inspire others to go out there and practice more of their faith and to never lose hope that good things are coming.
"Hindi ako nahihiya to share this with you all because I know in my heart that all this would not have been possible if not for the many times my husband and I have held on, kept our faith and took the leap and waited for the net to appear.
"And boy did the net appear not only with a few fish but plenty. Siksik liglig At umaapaw, just how my late Papa Bong would say it."
Dimples then encourages other families to keep on dreaming and sends a prayer.
"Just keep going. Tuloy lang Ang Laban, Kahit na mahirap, Kahit na parang imposible, Kahit na pagive Up na kayo.
"We are always tested the hardest when something great is about to be given to us!
"Let me say this prayer for you and your family today, that the Lord will reach out to you, touch your heart and make it strong.
"I pray the Lord will bless you with enough courage to reach for your dreams, the endurance to keep working hard for it and the humility to acknowledge His presence and His grace once all your prayers have been answered
"I pray today’s blessing in my family’s life will serve as your inspiration for your family’s future"
The three-story property in Parañaque is a "dream project" of Dimples.
In previous updates of the buidling's renovation, Dimples daydreamed of transforming the space into "a place where I can teach and share what I know and a place where my friends from the industry can share what they know too..."
The couple began investing in real estate when they were young.
Dimples recounted in an Instagram post dated July 19: "To give you an idea how young we are, I'm 34 and he's 43 now. We started investing in properties when I was 23 and sya 31 nun.
"With humility naman dahil kasama ng mga victories na ito ay ang Maraming beses na nagdoubt kami if we can do this, the times we had to give more than what we can, to be away from family to earn money to invest and the many people and institutions who have helped us along the way and made all our dreams for our family come to life.
"So to the one reading this, I pray that today you’ll get the courage to go get your dreams and the strength and endurance to make it happen.
"Do not forget that the ONE who woke you up and gave you life today is CAPABLE of giving you everything you need and more you NEED ONLY ASK Matthew 7:7"
