An accomplished performing and visual artist, Heart Evangelista has yet to earn a college degree.
In her Instagram Stories on Sunday, July 11, 2021, a fan asked Heart if she finished her studies.

Without the benefit of formal studies in art, Heart has learned how to paint for the love of it and to get her mind off her family troubles.
She said. "I really do love painting. In fact, I never really thought it would become the way it is now, that people would actually buy my paintings, ganyan.
"I painted for myself. I painted because it was really therapeutic for me and I was really going through a really tough time personally and with my family and all of that.
"Finding myself also starting from scratch because my mom confiscated all of my money so I needed to do something and that's why I painted."
For her creative endeavors, Heart has made a name for herself as an artist who paints on luxury Hermès bags.
One of her most recent projects is her art collaboration with Incubus lead vocalist Brandon Boyd, which will be revealed later this year.
She said, "He saw my art in one of my posts, and he really likes it. So, he’s including me in one of his few projects that will happen in the States, featuring my paintings.
"Yeah, I’m so happy about that. I’m so flattered. He’s a rock star. So for a rock star to like my paintings, I’m very, very happy and thrilled about that."
In a vlog last February 9, 2021, Heart denied accusations that she was hiring a ghost painter for her art pieces.
She said, "If I did hire a ghost painter, I'd tell them to paint better. Nandun na naman, binayaran mo na, e, di todo na. But no, I don't [have a ghost painter]."
