Kim Atienza is convinced that he's the local version of Korean superstar Gong Yoo.
The 50-year-old athlete/host is presently in Hong Kong, where he attended the Goblin actor's fan conference held earlier today, May 5, in Kerry Hotel.
Upon seeing Gong Yoo up close, the Matanglawin host was able to compare their facial features.
On Instagram, he wrote, "Sa malapitan, I am really convinced na kamukha ko siya talaga. @annecurtissmith @viuphilippines."
Kuya Kim event enumerated their similarities.
"The finger to lips pose. You be the judge. @viuphilippines @matanglawintv @annecurtissmith."
To further prove his claim, he posted a video of him copying the pose of Gong Yoo that was flashed on the LED screen furing the fan conference.
Kim also tagged one of Gong Yoo's biggest fan in the country, his It's Showtime co-host Anne Curtis-Smith.
This wasn't the first time Kuya Kim pointed out his similarities with Gong Yoo.
When one of his Instagram followers found a "twinning" photo of him and the Korean actor, Kim reposted it last Monday, May 1, and captioned: "Gusto niyo pa ha? Ok twinning kami ni @gongyoo7010 Thanks for the meme @jaekyunnie06"
On May 3, just before flying to Hong Kong, Kuya Kim posted this photo, and wrote: "Lakas ng loob. Sige kuya kim kaya mo yan. #kuyakimshin"
The latest: Kuya Kim already met his "twin."
He posted their photo on Facebook, and wrote, "Eto na! Walang Photoshop, walang edit. Me and my kalokalike."
