PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) asked Daniel about his idea of a romantic date, especially with Valentine’s Day just around the corner.
For the young actor, a candlelit dinner in an intimate and private venue sounds about right.
“Ngayon niyo lang nakita 'tong place na 'to?” Daniel asked PEP.ph during the launch of his i2i eyewear collection at the Manila House Private Club in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig last January 27.

“Sabi ko, ‘Puwede ko dalhin si Kathryn dito.
“Maganda iyong place, e.
“And ako mas gusto ko yung chill lang, mas relaxed na lugar.”
The Manila House, operating several dining establishments decorated in ornate tropical-colonial style, is perfect for the young stars who are in the public eye.
Access to the Club is limited to members and their invited guests.
But more than what he wants, Daniel added that Kathryn's choice will weigh heavier on him.
“Importante sa ’kin kasi kung anong gusto niya, e.”
Daniel also enjoys a relaxing evening at his home.
“Wala akong alam sa mga restos kasi dahil asa bahay lang talaga ako lagi.
“Yun na yung happy place ko, yung bahay ko.”
