Drew Arellano and wife Iya Villania have already chosen a name for their second baby.
“Meron na kaming iniisip pero hindi pa ganun ka-final," said Drew at the Babyflo booth during the recent 55th Philippine Pediatric Society Annual Convention last April 19, at the PICC Forum.
Are they ready for the arrival of Primo's baby brother? Iya is now six months pregnant.
Drew replied, “You asked me kung ready na ako? We’ll never be ready.
“It’s always going to be a different challenge because it’s a different personality. So we’ll find out.
“Hopefully, mas na-practice kami.
“Hopefully, mas may experience na kami sa pagpapalaki ng baby because of Primo.”
CONSTANT HABIT. Despite their busy schedule, Drew makes sure he does not forget one thing: Showing his appreciation for Iya.
“Walang problema diyan sa bahay, as in definitely no issues.
“Constant ko ginagawa 'yan. Kailangan niya 'yan, e, lalo na now dahil nga buntis si Iya.
“Constant habit ko 'yan like I always say to her na, 'You look beautiful today,' 'I love your bangs,' 'You look sexy.'
“You know, we still work out together.”
Being an avid sports buff, Drew is hooked on motorbiking. Does being a dad make him more concerned about his own safety?
He said, “Hindi. Actually, nothing changes.
“Mas maraming oras lang ngayon ako sa bahay.
“Kumbaga, you have your extra-curricular activities, and you lessen those because you want to spend as much time with the little boy and Iya as much as possible.”
Iya, herself a fitness buff, has been posting her workout photos or videos, even during the height of her pregnancy.
Doesn't Drew tell his preggy wife to take it easy with her workouts?
The Kapuso host answered, “There’s no actual rule pero ginawa niya 'yan nung buntis siya kay Primo, e.
“So okay kami dun. Wag lang niyang i-todo.
“Alam naman niya yung limitations niya so wala kaming problema dun.”
Soon, the couple will have two sons, does he find himself wishing for a baby girl?
In an Instagram post, Iya said "assess muna."
The expectant dad remarked, “Hopefully, we’ll see. Hindi namin alam, e.”
