Dawn Zulueta had her first piano recital, and did well!
Before turning 50 on March 4, 2019, she fulfilled her long-time dream of playing Ludwig van Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata" in front of a crowd.
Her Instagram post read, "Here it is, the video of my first public performance playing the piano...
"As a gift to myself before turning 50 next March, I pursued my longtime dream of learning Beethoven's 'Moonlight Sonata.'
"I began last year, playing only by ear as I don't know how to read musical notes & never had formal lessons before...
"This is far from perfect. Nonetheless, I am happy to have had the privilege of playing for a cozy crowd.
"Thanks to my teacher, Malou Parma, for encouraging me & believing in me."
In between her work as an actress, Dawn would practice playing the classical compositions of Beethoven and Frédéric Chopin.
She has also found time to pursue other passions such as needlepoint, which was defined by Cambridge Dictionary as "the activity of making a picture by sewing onto a piece of cloth."
