Dingdong Dantes, 38, Derek Ramsay, 42, and Piolo Pascual, 42, have a lot of things in common.

Aside from having one kid each, these three hunks have pared down their social life and are now homebodies.

When asked if they still go out to party, they unanimously answered "no."

The three met the press at the recent presscon for Dunkin' Donuts held on Thursday, January 10,

Derek said, "I don't even know what the 'It' bar is right now. I don't even remember the last time I went out.

"I don't know, siguro mga five years ago. It's just, I don't have the mood to go, do that anymore.

"I became more responsible. I'm not saying people who go to bars are irresponsible.

"I just... it wasn't for me anymore. Yeah, I don't go out anymore."

For his part, Dingdong said, "Ako dati tumatakas ako ng bahay para pumunta nung bar.

"Sobrang bar para makauwi ng bahay. Pero siyempre mas kelangan ako ngayon dun."

And Piolo? "I still go if there’s an invitation or social events. Something like it. But that's it," he said.

MAINTAINING WEIGHT

All three actors are also fit, having kept regular fitness routines to maintain their physique.

Derek said he loves to eat, so he makes sure that he burns the extra calories through workouts.

"I can have five [doughnuts] in one sitting. It's been a part of me all my life.

"But with that said, I still live my active lifestyle.

"I'm very lucky with the discipline that I’ve had through the years."

Dingdong offered an advice: Find an exercise type particular for a person's lifestyle.

"At the end of the day, it's really all about balance.

"Kung gaano karami yung ibibigay mo dito sa pagkain, di ba?

"Also, you really have to balance it out with a proper and right exercise for you.

NOOD KA MUNA!

"Iba-iba naman yung mga exercise para sa mga tao.

"And there is always that something that would fit you."

Piolo batted for "everything in moderation," especially in matter of binge eating.

"As long as you are able to burn it off afterwards then hindi ka magi-guilty," he said.

ACTIVE IN SPORTS

All three of them also find time for their sports activities despite their busy schedules.

Derek is gearing for frisbee and golf tournaments in and out of the country.

"But I try to lay low more in frisbee... I’ve really taken a passion to golf," he said.

Piolo, who runs and bikes regularly, has some competitive events lined up.

"We also have Star Magic games coming up so maganda.

"Maganda... you’re able to include that in your lifestyle and work as well.”

Meanwhile, Dingdong is currently training for a 100-meter dash, and hopes to join a marathon soon.

"Yung tini-training ko ngayon, 100-meter dash kasi mabilis na tumakbo si Zia [his daughter].

"But, seriously, I would want to do a marathon this year, siguro sometime in September.

"Matagal ko na talaga siyang gusto, e. I’m inspired by so many friends who are running.

"Like sila Kuya Kim [Atienza], si Piolo, marami pang iba, so sana sa taong to magawa ko yun."
