Heart Evangelista remembers her late baby.
Through Instagram Stories, the actress-social media influencer reposts a photo of her baby's nursery room with the captions "Today was your birthday [red heart emoji" and "Know mama thinks about you [red heart emoji]"
Heart announced that she was pregnant in May 2018.
The GMA-7 artist then revealed in a subsequent Instagram post she and husband Chiz Escudero were initially expecting twins, but lost one of them early on.
Unfortunately, Heart lost the remaining baby as well in June 2018.
In an Instagram post uploaded then, Heart wrote, "It's not the end, just another chapter. I take comfort knowing that you’re up there with your twin.
"I don't question God about this sad time, I trust in His timing and plan.
"I hope you all understand that I’ll be taking some time off but your support and kind words will be felt, even if I’m not able to reply.
"I'm not looking for answers, just peace.
"For what it’s worth, I already had a name for you.
"My Mira, funnily enough, I already loved your smile. I know you'll find your way back to me."
Mira, the baby she and Chiz lost in June, was the one Heart was making the nursery room for, and was the recipient of her birthday greeting.
Moving forward, Heart intends to keep her next pregnancy more private and announce it "only when I give birth."
But recently, fans got excited when a photo of Heart seemed like she had a baby bump.
In response, the Kapuso talent said in a tweet she was "not pregnant pregnant."
