Like any proud mother, Sandra Seifert can't help but gush about her son Corinth Ian.

She is, without a doubt, the biggest fan of Coco (Corinth Ian's nickname)

"The characteristics I adore about Coco are his bubbliness, curiosity, energy, positivity and especially his brightness.

"He's such a fast learner and super smart (must be all the fruits and vegetables!)

"I also admire how healthy he is. He hardly gets sick!

"He is very sweet and loving. Sometimes he would just randomly say, 'Mommy, smile,' while gently caressing my chin."

Add to these, the kid can already recite "30 plus Bible verses" at the age of four.

When former beauty queen looks at Coco, she sees both herself and her son's father.

"Overall, I think he got the best of both parents—because of his dad he is athletic, highly motivated, enthusiastic, funny, a hustler who never gives up, and very bibo and lambing! Oh, and he also got his dad’s dimple!

"From mom, I would say he inherited his wit, independence, discipline, practicality, and healthy habits (we constantly try to practise the 8 laws of health).

"What he got from both his parents are his faith in God, positivity, and artistic abilities."

Asked about her dreams for Coco, Sandra says, "First, that he will find His God-given purpose in life and that he finds joy in true obedience and service for the Lord.

"Then, I would love for him to travel the world, and be an inspiration to others, that he stays humble, that we remain as close as we are, and that he finds a virtuous and worthy woman someday that loves God as much as he does."

On a typical day, Sandra wakes up ahead of Coco to meditate and pray. She squeezes in a workout before preparing breakfast for her son.

"Once he wakes up, we worship together and have our first meal.. then we spend time in the garden by getting fresh air, sunlight, exercise or going for a swim."

Sandra is taking advantage of this current pandemic to teach Coco some new skills.

"These days I usually try to teach him different activities from painting to spelling to math to gardening to baking to Bible stories and memory verses; it's different every day."

Later in the day, Coco gets to spend time with his maternal grandparents as Sandra works on her businesses. They have family worship after dinner and are in bed by 10 p.m.

It is a busy schedule that doesn't leave Sandra a lot of time for love.

"Right now, I am quite busy with Coco and my two businesses [Suravilla and Bakehaus]."

She continues, "I am not actively searching for someone, but I am open although I think it takes a very special man to fit into the world that Corinth and I share. It’s very unique.

"In case God has prepared such a man for us, then I am really looking forward to discovering who he is. All in God’s perfect time."

"Much prayer is required" during this COVID-19 pandemic, Sandra says.

It is a challenge to stay positive in these unprecedented times.

"The main challenge I face as a mother during COVID is constantly maintaining a positive outlook in front of my child even when the future seems uncertain, and reminding him that for safety reasons, we will see his friends, and travel in the near future instead of right now.

"I speak to him like an adult about the severity of the situation and thankfully he’s responding well."

She also continues to cling to the Lord.

"God is a fundamental part of my life—I cannot imagine a life without Him, honestly. He’s been so good to me, so patient with me, and I know He always wants what is best for His children."

As she takes the time to teach Corinth about God, her own faith deepens even more.

"I also noticed that as I teach Corinth about the Lord, I end up learning so much more about God’s word, too.

"Ultimately, motherhood has brought me closer to the Lord as I constantly come to Him for strength and wisdom."

Aside from Corinth, what inspires Sandra to keep going?

She reveals, "My parents and my brothers. Just being able to make them proud and letting them know I am doing ok in spite of being a single mom by updating them on blessings and progress in my life."

The celebrity mom is the unica hija iof Mommy Zeny and Daddy Harald. She has three brothers, namely Marc, Michael, and Stefan Patrick.

The 36-year-old also gives "fellow mompreneurs" a shout-out for starting "their careers from scratch" and building "a successful and happy life in the process."

But most of all, she finds her motivation in God.

"Whether single or as a mother, for me the key has always been to put God first in my life (Matthew 6:33), to count my blessings, aspire to inspire, and stay humble.

"These are qualities that have helped me stay motivated and succeed in life.

"It is my ultimate goal to share hope, light and love through my life together with my son, especially during these uncertain times."
