Ten months since their first YouTube vlog together, Daniel Miranda has agreed to do another session with Sofia Andres on Wednesday, July 29, 2020.
The young couple gamely face their fans who are mostly curious about their life as young parents to their daughter Zoe Miranda.
One fan asks Sofia: "Your daughter is so beautiful. Do you think when she grows up, she'll make a lot of boys cry?"
Thinking about it, the 21-year-old ABS-CBN talent does not quite answer the question.
Her mind is obviously somewhere else as she muses, "Honestly, mahirap pala kapag babae iyong anak."
Sophia has come to a realization, remembering her parents' stern warnings.
She says, "Ngayon ko naiintindihan, when I saw my daughter, parang, 'Bawal ka lumabas ng house.'
"Ngayon ko lang naiintindihan na bawal siya mag-phone. Bawal siya may ka-text!
"Jusko, ang sakit ng ulo ko. Ngayon ko lang na-realize."
In her family, Sofia is the third child, after her sister Lara, also a mother, her brothers Ian and Bryan.
Sofia shares with her followers her innermost thoughts about motherhood, which she describes as "full of love."
She says, "It's different. I mean, iyong pagmamahal iba, e. Parang unconditional.
"I don't know. I can't explain...It's a small thing, but when she stares at me? Iba iyong pakiramdam.
"Alam ko iyong mga mom na ngayon, na ka-edad ko o hindi ko man ka-edad, alam ko iyong feeling na iyon.
"I'm so proud of you, guys, and I'm so proud of myself na I made it.
"And I'll be forever happy being a mom. Hindi mawawala iyon."
Daniel also opens up, admitting the pressure of suddenly taking care of two people, Sofia and their daughter.
He says, "To be a father at such a young age, it's very pressuring because I don't just have to watch her. I have to watch Zoe as well.
"Throughout this whole time, they've been there for me. I'm just really, really happy and thankful."
Daniel, 23, continues to recount the exact moment he learned he was going to be a father.
He was in Malaysia for his first race car tournament in Malaysia.
It was while he was having dinner with his mother and two aunts that Sofia called asking him to return to the hotel.
The urgency worried him. When he got to his hotel room in a rush, Sofia called to tell him she was pregnant.
Recalling his reaction, Daniel says, "I was completely in shock. I didn't know how to tell my parents kasi my parents are very strict as well... It's things I'll never forget."
For her part, Sofia says she waited until the tournament was over before she broke the news to Daniel.
Despite the uncertainty of her situation, Sofia remembers how she felt then.
She relates, beaming, "More on excited ako. I don't know if God really prepared me for this. I didn't really cry when I knew that I was pregnant.
"Medyo na-stress lang ako because my parents and kung ano mangyayari sa trabaho, ganyan-ganyan.
"Papanagutan niya ba? Because, di ba, nowadays mga ka-edad natin—not saying all, pero hindi sila handa doon sa mga responsibility na kinakaharap nila.
"I'm very lucky kasi tinanggap niya nang buo. Tinanggap niya ako at tinanggap ng family namin."
