Dimples Romana is very grateful to know that her seven-year-old son Alonzo will be a loving kuya to his new sibling, Baby Elio.
"Reading-ready na yung bata," the 37-year-old celebrity mom told PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) during the virtual press launch of her latest endorsement for Generika drugstore on Wednesday, June 15, 2022.
The Kapamilya actress revealed that she was initially careful in explaining to her bunso that they are now transitioning to become a family of five.
She said, "Inalagaan ko nang onti kasi hindi ko rin alam kung anong ia-anticipate ko kasi medyo matagal din siyang bunso at bata pa.
"Si Callie po kasi, nung sinundan ni Alonzo, 11 na. So medyo nakakaintindi na yung bata. Hindi na kailangan magselos, hindi na marunong mag-isip ng iba towards the younger sibling."
Dimples was happy that her son didn't show any sign of being jealous.
"Si Alonzo, inalagaan ko, pero hindi, sobrang excited niya.
"Sabi niya, ‘Mommy, I want Baby Elio to look like me. I want to have a twin brother.’"
Alonzo even talks to his baby brother in his mom's tummy.
Dimples revealed, "In the morning, sasabihin niya, ‘Good morning, Elio! Don’t give mommy a hard time.’
"Kanina bago ako umalis, sabi niya, ‘Mommy, take care of Baby Elio for me today, okay? Make sure that you don’t get too stressed that my brother will be stressed, too!’"
With a sigh of relief, Dimples continued, "So sabi ko, ‘Ay! Ang sarap naman talaga!’
"Alam mo, the many blessings of a mom’s life is to be able to have children that actually get along with one another."

DIMPLES ROMANA: RAISING A GOOD SON
Dimples has always known that she and her husband Boyet Ahmee are raising a good son in Alonzo.
On January 11, 2022, Dimples uploaded a video of him facing the wall as a form of punishment.
The Kadenang Ginto star was touched after seeing her son praying and reflecting on his actions.
In the caption (published as is), she revealed that she asked her son what he was praying about, to which he answered, "I asked God if I am a BAD PERSON and if he was disappointed in me mom because I did bad things."
After the heartwarming scene, Dimples assured her son that he wasn't a bad person.
The Kapamilya actress, then, emphasized that she and Boyet have been making sure that they live out the values they have been instilling in their children.
She wrote (published as is), "Jusko, hindi naman talaga bad, pero dito kasi sa amin, bata pa lang we stress out certain moral values na and really implement them by heart [emoji]."
Dimples continued: "So I asked him, 'did GOD answer you anak?' 'Oo' daw. Sabi ko 'Ano Sabi?' (Legit yung takot ko, kasi Baka sabihin nya, Sabi ni Lord mom lagot kayo ni daddy [emoji])
"Sabi daw ni Lord sa kanya, 'NO Alonzo, you are NOT A BAD PERSON, you just made a mistake and if you ask for forgiveness you will be forgiven. Because everyone sins everyday.'“
Dimples said she felt a sense of fulfillment from seeing her son develop a strong and close relationship with God.
"I mean SMART boy [emoji] aaaand I love that Alonzo feels very comfortable speaking to GOD not only when he is happy but most especially when he feels sad.
Toward the end of her post, Dimples gave her husband a shout-out and wrote, "Apir @papaboyetonline good job tayo, Pero mas good job ka mahal [emoji].
Dimples is now in her last month of pregnancy.
The Viral Scandal actress first announced on March 18, 2022 that she and her husband are expecting their third child.
On Sunday, March 27, 2022, Dimples and Boyet held a gender reveal party, where they announced that they are having a baby boy.
