On June 24, 2022, Dimples Romana, 37, and husband Boyet Ahmee, 46, welcomed their third child, son Elio.
In a post-delivery photo posted by Dimples, she wrote, "I spy with my small eye. Hi, Elio! Surprise!"

A week ago, Dimples revealed in an exclusive interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) how her third pregnancy had been the most challenging, compared to her experience with older children Callie and Alonzo.
She said, "I guess, because marami na akong alam dun sa first and second pregnancies ko. Minsan kasi, the more you know, the more scared you are e, di ba?"
But that short-lived uncertainty was nothing compared to the overwhelming excitement now being felt by the "fAhmeely."

Baby Elio's debut photo on Instagram in the last sonogram shared by Dimples on June 17, 2022 did not quite show his face, but for sure those were dimples peeping through the haze.
"SINO NGA ULIT NANAY MO? [emoji] Not one.. but two?!?? [emoji]," wrote the Kapamilya star, "A very happy evening to you all from our bedimpled bunso [emoji]"
Despite decisively taking a few weeks off after giving birth to Elio, Dimples reassured her fans that she will return to work as soon as she can.
