It appears the baby factory is reopening for Team Kramer.
Doug Kramer revealed on Instagram that he and Cheska Garcia are gearing up to have a fourth child.
"And so it has begun!" the celebrity dad wrote in his caption.
"It's gonna be a long and complicated process so please keep us in your prayers. [two praying emojis]
"We're doing steps to get pregnant again!"
Doug described it as "a long and complicated process" because his wife has "been ligated since Gavin."
He added, "Getting pregnant almost 2 straight years with Scarlett and Gavin took a toll with Cheska's body so we decided to have her ligated."
Ligation, more often referred to as "tubal ligation," is a permanent type of birth control.
There is a choice to have the fallopian tubes "cut, tied, or blocked to permanently prevent pregnancy," according to MayoClinic.org.
Most procedures cannot be reversed, and a major surgery will be required if a woman chooses to reverse it.
Cheska has been ligated for six years, and she and Doug are doing "the necessary steps to check if her body is ready and healthy now."
Doug remarked, "And so far, so good."
With excitement and optimism for a new baby, he added, "Like I said, it's a complicated process but there are other ways to restart the baby factory! I'm kinikilig to the bones!"
Doug and Cheska are parents to three kids: Kendra, 9, Scarlett, 7, and Gavin, 6.
Before blowing her birthday candles, Scarlett requested to publicly announce her birthday wish.
The celebrity kid looked at her parents and wished, "I wish that mommy will have a baby."
