Piolo Pascual says he isn't ready to settle down, not yet.

"I feel young," the ABS-CBN actor tells the press, which includes PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), at the recent Sunpiology press conference.

"I don't know what's going to happen, but I'm not ready to be a family man.

"I feel young. I feel like I have a lot to offer or do for that matter, so the pressure is not felt."

Right now, Piolo is determined to see more places in the world.

"I love to travel. That's my only splurge," the Sun Life endorser continues.

"I still want to cover more countries, so I guess I don't want to entertain any thought of being in a romantic relationship.

"This is the thing I really want to do. Travel the world. Now I'm able to do it. After 20 years, I'm finally able to do it...

"I saved up for this time of my life, for this season, and I'm really enjoying my freedom na nakakabiyahe ako at my own pace.

"Personally, that was a goal for me."

In a separate interview with PEP.ph, Piolo adds that travel has been one of the main reasons he has been working diligently all these years.

He says, "I want to be able to appreciate life, you know? I didn't just work hard for nothing.

"At the end of the day, the reason why I wanted to work was, of course, earn and also secure my future and see the world."

His top destinations in mind: "Locally, it's really El Nido for me. Palawan.

"Italy. I was in Florence for two months this year.

"Next year, we want to go South America and New Zealand."

PEP.ph caught up with Piolo last September 26 at Novotel Manila Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City.
