Based on the 2020 Henley Passport Index, Philippine passport holders can travel to a total of 67 countries around the world without a pre-arranged travel visa.
Out of these 67 countries, 28 require a Visa on Arrival (VOA) and only Sri Lanka entails an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).
VOAs are issued upon your arrival at the airport, while eTA is obtained online.

The Henley Passport Index, according to its website, is the original ranking of all the world’s passports according to the number of destinations their holders can access without a prior visa.
Currently, the Philippines ranks as the 76th country on the index, together with Azerbaijan, a country in the Caucasus region of Eurasia.
